CALL TO ORDER / INTRODUCTIONS / APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday May 14, 2008, at the Alliance Enterprises office. Introductions followed, and the meeting minutes from the March meeting were approved as published.

TREASURER’S REPORT – Art Carter

MEMBERSHIP REPORT – Art Carter
There is a member couple that is eligible to be voted in, however; they were not present.
NWACC – Meagan Renick
Nothing new to report at this time. The next NWACC meeting is scheduled for 6/21.
SUNSHINE COMMITTEE – Peggy Rogers
Nothing new to report at this time, Frankie was not present to report.
ALL CITY RALLY – Brian Cousineau
Brian spoke about the upcoming All City Rally. The rally was held on April 20th. He spoke about the successes and the learning opportunities from the rally. He provided a financial breakdown of the income/expenses for this year’s rally. The total end balance for the scholarship fund was $1974.00.
He asked if there were any volunteers to be next year’s Rally Master. No one spoke up at this time, so the position is still open if anyone is interested.
NEW BUSINESS
Peggy announced that Frankie is currently working on the plans for this year’s Christmas party. The date of the Christmas party will be 12/20/08, but the place has not yet been determined. More details to come on this.
Peggy stated that we will most likely be moving our meetings back to Tumwater Valley Bar & Grill, once they have completed their remodeling project. It does not look like they will be charging us for the meeting room.
