CALL TO ORDER / INTRODUCTIONS / APPROVAL OF MINUTES

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm at Hawk’s Prairie Inn Restaurant in Lacey, followed by introductions. The meeting minutes from the November meeting were approved with one change.

Jon Cox noted an error in the meeting minutes. He said that approved minutes were from September.  Motion to approve as amended carried.

Jenny has resigned her duties as secretary.  She will continue as a club member.  Anne Wax will fill in for Jenny for the next two meetings.

TREASURER’S REPORT – Larry Weniger
Larry presented the report.

Jon Cox noted that no treasurer reports are on the Web site for 2010. He suggested that we either put them up for 2010 or remove the category from the Web site. Larry will work with Art to post the treasurer’s reports on the Web site.

Lots of people have called.  Jon also talked to Comcast and they have a support ticket to unblock the newsletters. Anyone can subscribe to receive the newsletter. You don’t have to be a member.

There is a plan for a group to tour back to the museum on the weekend after Labor Day 2012.  Len Tucker is trying to put this together. The general plan is to take five days to drive to the museum, couple of days at the museum and plant, then on your own
