June 8, 2011 Meeting Minutes
CALL TO ORDER / INTRODUCTIONS / APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm at Hawk’s Prairie Inn Restaurant in Lacey, followed by introductions. The minutes of the prior meeting where approved.
TREASURER’S REPORT – Larry Weniger
Larry was not able to be at the meeting so he provided the report to Jason who reviewed the information with the club.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
MEMBERSHIP – Art Carter
We are up to date.
WEBSITE – Art Carter

NWACC – George Schwartz
George reported the next autocross will be 6/19 at Shelton.
NATIONAL CORVETTE MUSEUM – George Schwartz
He advised the Corvette Museum store had some great buys currently.
SCHOLARSHIP FUND – Karen Johnson & Mark Twardzicki
Mark advised there was nothing new to report
HISTORIAN – Marilyn Trogden
Marilyn advised she needs event pictures be sent to her.
SPONSORSHIP – Peggy Rogers?
Peggy reported all sponsors are current for 2011.
SUNSHINE - Maggie Weniger
Maggie was not in attendance.
EVENTS & ACTIVITIES – Jason Moorash and Josette Miller
Jason and Josette distributed the updated 2011 Calendar of Events. The event sign up notebook was circulated amongst the members.
The second jacket night was held at Norma’s and thanks to Criag for his generosity in contributing the milkshake proceeds to the scholarship fund. About 20 people attended.
Josette reported there were six cars that ran the first CdeO day tour. She reported it rained all day but the all had fun, wet or not. They did not miss Blue Slue Road but just took it easy.
Jason reported he attended the autocross at Bremerton. He was the only CdeO member at the event. He said he really had fun, got in 10 runs.
Doug and Velma have volunteered to host the post Lakefair Grand Parade picnic at their home July 16th.
OLD BUSINESS
There was no old business.
NEW BUSINESS
Raffle – Larry Weniger
The prize from the previous meeting was raffled. Craig donated several t-shirts for additional raffle prizes.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 PM.
The next meeting will take place on Wednesday, July 13, at 7:00 pm at Hawk’s Prairie Inn.
